Temporary reduction in operations at Porsche Centre Wilmslow.

Following the announcement of new National Lockdown Government restrictions, we want to update our customers on a number of changes to our Porsche Centre operations and services during this period.  

Sales is open online and by telephone. Click and Collect and home delivery services are available  

Whilst our physical sales showrooms will be temporarily closed in accordance with Government requirements, we remain open to handle your enquiries digitally, by telephone or video call.     

Our sales teams are on hand to assist you with every aspect of purchasing a new or Approved Pre-Owned Porsche. Our teams can offer Zoom/Teams Video calls and telephone appointments, we can even value your part exchange vehicle and organise personalised finance agreements from the comfort of your own home.  

We offer a “Click & Collect” service with a contactless and hygienic handover process for all new and Approved Pre-Owned Porsche deliveries from a designated outdoor area. Home delivery options are also available on request.  

Aftersales (Service, Parts & Bodyshop) is open as usual  

Our Aftersales operations will, in accordance with Government guidelines, remain open for all your service, repair, MOT and Bodyshop requirements.  

Our contactless handover, vehicle cleaning, personal and vehicle protective equipment, timed appointments and social distancing measures ensure we continue to operate in accordance with COVID-19-secure guidelines.  

We will offer timed appointments to minimise social contact and it is important you arrive at the agreed time. We will continue to give booking priority to verified NHS staff and key workers.  

Existing Service/repair bookings   

Existing bookings are unaffected and we will continue to take new appointments to assist you with any service, MOT or repair query you may have (via email, phone or video call).  

MOT bookings  

At the time of writing, no announcements have been made regarding any further MOT extension. You are therefore encouraged to keep any existing appointments or book soon for your upcoming MOT.  

Bodyshop bookings  

Our bodyshop is unaffected and we remain fully open to take bookings for accident and repair work (via email or phone).  

Parts  

Parts will continue to remain fully operational. We will continue to offer Porsche Driver's Selection and Porsche Tequipment over the telephone for postage delivery where possible.
